Estas razas suelen ser aut\u00f3ctonas de la regi\u00f3n y se cr\u00edan espec\u00edficamente para la producci\u00f3n de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico. Las principales razas de cerdo ib\u00e9rico incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pata Negra o Cerdo Ib\u00e9rico:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Este es el cerdo m\u00e1s representativo de la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica y es la fuente principal de carne para la producci\u00f3n de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.
